Announcement of Master Purchase Agreement – quantumrock sells Cut & Polished Gemstone Output of Rough Gemstone I – III

Munich – 16. April 2024 – At quantumrock, we are pioneering a private equity-inspired approach within the coloured gemstone market, aimed at capturing the significant value resulting from the transformation of raw gemstones into their cut and polished counterparts.

Our investment concept is underpinned by a multi-billion-dollar source of premium rough gemstones enabling the deployment of approximately 5 billion USD in rough gemstone value over the next 24 to 36 months.

Building upon this foundation, we are excited to announce that we have entered into a Master Purchase Agreement with a Jersey-based investment fund managed by a large specialist US investment bank, that is acquiring 100% of the cut and polished gemstone output from our first three investment structures.

The fund aims to capture the historically attractive return profiles of polished gemstones and their relative resilience to market volatility, attributes that are increasingly sought after in today’s fluctuating economic climates.

Our initial investment vehicle, Rough Gemstone I, still has availability for select allocations, though it is nearing its cap for new investors. This opportunity will be promptly succeeded by the launch of our second offering, Rough Gemstone II.

By securing both the supply and distribution channels for the gemstones, we significantly strengthen our investment proposition. This strategic approach not only solidifies the foundation of our investment products but also highlights their importance in the market.
